Yeah Free Comic Book Day! The holiday for comic geeks! I am warning you in advance Free Comic Book Day is May 7, 2011! Check your local comic book shop for free comics! Now if you have never gone it is not every comic that is free. Comic artist release special editions on that day for comic dealers to hand out. And just so you know if you go and they are limiting the quantities you get that is because the comic dealers have to still pay for them. So they buy what they can afford in these tough economic times. But this is a great way to promote and new comic so go and get your free comic but be really kind to your comic dealer. As you can tell we have the beach on our mind. Those little Skelleies are soooo cute. Look what they have done now. Poor Skelley? Will he find his body?
I know it is not the summertime yet but boy am I thinking about it. I can’t wait to go to the beach, warm weather, and sandals.
I think they deserve more than one day. I try to do something special for my mother and mother-in-law whenever I can. I hope to be a good mother one day.
We had a great time at Richard’s Collectibles in Greenville, SC for Free Comic Book Day. We really enjoyed meeting all of you that came out to see us.
Oh my, I came home from work today to find this comic strip greeting me. I laughed out loud. Derek did this one while I was at work. I love it! The little skeleton are so cute! I hope you enjoy it too.
